A12: It's joint development between clients and Pretech. The ownership of the intellectual property depends on the agreement between clients and Pretech.
Q13: What's your after-sales service for ODM smart device ? Can you support two year's or more warranty?
A13: Normally, we provide a 1-year warranty as standard. However, we can support a 2-year warranty or more, if the customer enquires. Please contact us and provide detailed requirements and we will propose the most suitable solution to you asap.
Q14: After -sale Service
-1year warranty for all products(Exclude accessories), any terminals with quality issue(Exclude human factors) can get repaired or replacement from us.
-If clients handle the service locally, we will provide recommendations for clients to purchase some Spare parts(PCBA/LCD/Touch panel/Battery etc)
-For the product assembling and repairing, we will provide video. If necessary, we will send technical staff to train
